We begin with the complete disassembly of your boat, down to the last bolt and screw. All components including hardware, engine and transmission, complete interior, wiring and steering are removed and cataloged. After disassembly, we separate the hull and deck. This process helps us understand the boat's overall condition and history to aid us with the planning of the restoration process. The entire process is fully documented with details and pictures as each component is removed for condition assessment to determine whether or not they can be reused or need replacement.
HULL & DECK
The hull and deck undergo a comprehensive restoration process. All of the old (and if rotted) stringers, bulkheads, floorboards and foam are removed. All fiberglass surfaces are prepped for new advanced composite stringers and bulkheads. Under floor cavities are foam-filled and new floorboards are installed. All this is done in staying true to the original design while regaining her aesthetic appeal and ensuring structural integrity. The hull and deck surfaces are then prepped for our painting process.
ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL
All old wiring, electrical systems, sound systems, steering systems and fuel lines are removed then upgraded and fitted with new.
UPHOLSTERY | INTERIOR
The artisans in our OEM upholstery shop ensure that the upholstery not only looks good, but also offers unmatched comfort and durability.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
New or rebuilt: While the boat retains its original soul, it will benefit from enhanced performance by either a re-build of the original engine or the installation of a new Ilmor inboard. We will always maintain the boats authenticity while incorporating necessary upgrades to ensure its overall longevity and enhanced performance.
RE-ASSEMBLY
This is where all of the restored, new and upgraded parts come together, meticulously taking your boat back to its former glory and beyond.
